What We Do

One builder, start to finish.

Most projects pass through several hands — designers, consultants, and a builder — with a contract and a handoff gap between each one. We hold construction and interior design in-house and coordinate directly with your design firm, so from permit to punch list there is one team and one point of accountability.

01 / Planning

Need Plans?

For design, drafting, and permitting, we frequently refer clients to ADU PALS, our preferred independent partner. ADU PALS operates independently and provides those services under its own professional qualifications.

02 / Interiors

Interior Design

Interior design is where a project stops being a floor plan and starts being a home. Our designers work alongside the construction team from the beginning — so the finishes you select are specified, priced, ordered, and installed by one accountable team.

03 / Construction

Construction

This is where the drawings become real. As a Class B licensed general contractor, we self-manage the critical path and hold long-standing relationships with San Diego trade partners — the framers, electricians, and finish carpenters whose work you will be looking at for the next thirty years.

04 / Development

Development Services

Some projects need more than a designer and a builder. When you are evaluating a site, navigating entitlements, or need someone in your corner managing a project you do not have the bandwidth to run, we step in as the development arm — with the same team that can carry it through construction.

Why It Matters

One contract. One number to call.

The gap between the drawings and the build is where most budgets slip. We close it by pricing the set while it is still changing, raising constructability problems before you commit, and working directly with your design firm rather than through you.

Priced while it can still change

Real construction pricing tracks the drawings as they develop, not after you have fallen in love with something unaffordable.

Problems caught on paper

We review the set before we price it, so the details that become field problems get raised while they are still cheap to fix.

One accountable team

Interiors and construction sit with us under a single contract, so once the permit issues nobody is negotiating about whose fault something is.
