Kitchen Design

Kitchens are the most technically demanding room in a house and the one clients care most about. Cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, ventilation, and lighting all have to resolve in the same few feet — which is exactly why designing and building it under one roof matters here more than anywhere else.

How We Work

Why clients choose us

Finished kitchen — custom cabinetry and natural light
01

Layout before finishes

Work triangle, landing zones, and circulation get solved first. Beautiful finishes cannot rescue a plan that does not work.

02

Appliance-driven planning

Appliances get selected early because they dictate cabinet dimensions, electrical, gas, and ventilation requirements.

03

Cabinetry that fits the house

From semi-custom to full custom millwork, specified with the tolerances your actual walls require.

Scope

What you get

  • Layout & space planning
  • Cabinetry design & specification
  • Appliance selection
  • Countertop & backsplash selection
  • Lighting plan
  • Installation & punch
Questions

Answered honestly

If your question is not here, ask us directly. We would rather have the awkward conversation early than the expensive one later.

What does a kitchen remodel cost in San Diego? +

Most full kitchen remodels run $45K–$200K+ depending on size, whether walls move, cabinetry level, and appliance package. We give a real range at consultation, not a teaser number.

How long will I be without a kitchen? +

Typically 8–14 weeks of construction for a full remodel, assuming materials are ordered during design. Long-lead cabinetry and appliances are the usual constraint.

Can you move walls or open up the kitchen? +

Yes — that is the most common request. If the wall is structural we handle the engineering and permitting as part of the design.
