Construction
This is where the drawings become real. As a Class B licensed general contractor, we self-manage the critical path and hold long-standing relationships with San Diego trade partners — the framers, electricians, and finish carpenters whose work you will be looking at for the next thirty years.
Construction covers all of this.

One point of accountability
When design and construction live under one roof, there is nobody to blame and nowhere for a problem to hide. It is our drawing and our install.
Real schedules, weekly
You get a schedule you can actually read and a weekly update against it. When something slips, you hear it from us first.
Craftsmanship that holds up
Vetted trade partners, in-progress quality checks, and a punch process that happens before you walk it — not after you complain.
Answered honestly
If your question is not here, ask us directly. We would rather have the awkward conversation early than the expensive one later.
Are you licensed and insured? +
Yes. CSLB Class B General Contractor #1046546, fully insured, with workers compensation coverage for our team and certificate requirements enforced for every subcontractor on site.
How do you price work — fixed or cost-plus? +
Both, depending on the project. Well-defined scopes usually get a fixed price. Larger or more open-ended projects often run cost-plus with a guaranteed maximum price so your downside is capped.
Will I be able to reach someone during construction? +
You will have a dedicated project manager, not a call center. Most clients get a weekly walkthrough plus direct phone and text access.
Let's talk about your project.
Tell us what you are considering. We will give you a straight assessment of scope, cost, and timeline — before anyone signs anything.
