Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study is the cheapest money you will spend on a project, because it is the only money that can prevent all the rest of it. We produce decision-grade analysis: what the site yields, what it costs to build, how long approvals take, and whether the numbers work.

How We Work

Why clients choose us

Assessing a parcel for what it can actually support
01

Decision-grade, not directional

Real cost modeling from a contractor who actually builds, not a spreadsheet assumption from someone who does not.

02

Entitlement timeline included

Approvals are a schedule risk and a carrying-cost risk. We forecast both.

03

Willing to say no

Some sites do not work. We would rather tell you that in week three than watch you find out in year two.

Scope

What you get

  • Zoning & yield analysis
  • Conceptual massing
  • Construction cost model
  • Entitlement timeline & risk
  • Development proforma inputs
  • Go / no-go recommendation
Questions

Answered honestly

If your question is not here, ask us directly. We would rather have the awkward conversation early than the expensive one later.

What does a feasibility study cost? +

Scope-dependent. Our initial complimentary evaluation is free; formal studies with cost modeling and massing are quoted based on site complexity.

Can I use this to get financing? +

Yes. Our studies are built to support lender and equity conversations, with cost figures grounded in current San Diego subcontractor pricing.

Do I have to build with you afterward? +

No. The study is yours. Many clients continue with us because we already know the project, but there is no obligation.
