No. Ark Haven Builders is a licensed Class B general contractor. Architectural design, planning, engineering coordination, and permitting are provided by independent professionals, and we are glad to refer you to ADU PALS.
I already have an architect. Can you still build it? +
Yes, and this is common. We work as the construction partner on projects designed by outside architects and designers, and we are happy to review a set for constructability and budget before you commit.
