Do you provide design or drafting services? +
No. Ark Haven Builders is a licensed Class B general contractor and builds from drawings supplied to us. Design, drafting, and permitting are handled by independent professionals, and we are glad to refer you to ADU PALS.
I already have drawings. Can you build from them? +
Yes, and this is common. We work as the construction partner on projects drawn by outside design firms, and we are happy to review a set for constructability and budget before you commit.
